Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Important: When temperatures exceed 90°F, herbal products can be damaged in transit—especially edible and topical items. If you live in a hot area, we cannot guarantee these items will arrive undamaged unless you select the UPS option with heat shield + ice pack at checkout. Contact us with questions.

Shipping Cost

We offer a single Standard Shipping option within the continental United States for a flat rate of $20 per order.

Orders of $100 or more (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

Handling Time

We ship Monday–Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for handling. No weekend shipping.

Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours.

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier.

Save all packaging and damaged items before submitting a claim. For help, contact us.

Restrictions

International: We do not ship hemp products internationally (no exceptions).

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes for any destination.

Restricted States Shipping Policy

Compliance Notice

All products are shipped in full compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable state regulations. Products containing hemp-derived cannabinoids may be restricted or prohibited in certain states. Shipping availability is determined by state law, age requirements, and product-type restrictions to ensure full compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws before purchasing. If an order is placed from a restricted state, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

General Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we cannot ship certain products to specific states due to state regulations.
